Micah, Green & Black’s Head of Taste, chose the Mediterranean hazelnuts we use because of their sweet, round nuttiness and lack of bitter notes.

ORGANIC CURRANTS

Currants are grown from dark red grape varieties and very tiny seeds. They provide the perfect sweet/sour balance that compliments our roasted hazelnuts.

Our mantra is simple. To create a great-tasting bar of chocolate we have to use, what we believe to be, the best-tasting ingredients. So we buy Fairtrade, organic cocoa beans, sugar and vanilla to give our bars the elements they need to become the Green & Black’s chocolate you’ve come to expect.
