Thin, delicate squares of Green & Black’s milk 37% chocolate. In exactly the same way as our original milk 37% bar, we’ve created a Milk Chocolate, rich in both cocoa and milk, that balances the intensity of the cocoa with the relative sweetness of the milk.

This bar contains the very best organic milk, from the foothills of the German Alps. It has a subtle sweetness, which balances perfectly with the cocoa-rich chocolate.

FAIR STANDARDS

We buy these beans at a fair price, directly from cocoa farmers in the Dominican Republic who use organic farming techniques.

FROM OUR INGREDIENTS

We believe organic ingredients make the best-tasting chocolate around. We search high and low for Fairtrade-certified ingredients that meet our stringent standards. Then we experiment until we find the balance we’ve been looking for. It’s not a fast process but, as you can taste, it’s a rewarding one

We use unrefined sugars which meet the Soil Association’s standards for organic sugar.

ORGANIC COCOA BEANS

We use the finest organically grown cocoa, ground from Trinitario beans to give our chocolate its distinctive trademark flavour.
