There is an amazing restaurant that opened in my town, which focuses on local ingredients. I think people sometimes have this idea that either organic or local-ingredients restaurants are kind of “earthy” and maybe not very chic. This restaurant totally defies that stereotype. It is elegant, delicious, and highly rated by critics. I suppose I feel good that by dining there, I’m both enjoying fabulous meals while also supporting the locavore movement!
