Learning to Live in the & has become a conscientious effort. Our struggling economy has impacted what indulgences we’re able to afford. As a family, we have decided to examine our wants and needs and acknowledge that the determinations are personal and unique. While travel and experience for many may be seen as an indulgence, my family chooses to travel and see new sights as the declining ecology of the land may see take away that place. We skip daily indulgences and focus on the grandeur of experience, pack light and forgo trinkets and baubles. Creating memories, with the aid of a few photos for “lasting impressions”, offers family values and a reduction of daily waste. Conserving family dollars affords opportunity to see what others are not preserving - before the spectacular dwindles away.
