Two of my primary passions are cooking and eating. For me, the passion begins by choosing fresh organic products. I create most of my own recipes based on the plethora of foods in my kitchen or garden. If I have two organic chicken breasts and some fresh onions, cilantro, and organic cheese, then I opt for sizzling fajitas. The thing about passionate eating is that you have to indulge frequently. Heavenly indulgence occurs by using high quality ingredients, such as organic and responsibly grown foods. They taste better and they’re healthier. Additionally, if you're willing to cook with decadent ingredients, you're likely to savor each bite while eating less. Furthermore, a glass of your favorite wine and a metered helping of a lavish dessert enhance the dining experience. The balance is found in your overall health. If you nourish your body and mind, then you will stop eating when your body says you are full. Likewise, if you cook with healthy and environmentally friendly ingredients, you will take pride in your culinary masterpieces and will feel good about yourself and the planet. By choosing great eco-friendly ingredients, you will never compromise on life's every day indulgences.
