The All Natural Diet

While some people think watching calories by compromising quality is the way to diet, I diet by watching my ingredients. Real sugar may have more calories than substitutes like Splenda and Equal but the substitutes have synthetic ingredients harmful to a person’s health and I’ve made the choice to not ingest anything I can’t pronounce! After spending some quality time baking an organic cake with my six year old niece I enjoy burning off the “extra”, although “real” calories by taking the dog for hikes at a local trail (self supplied with a recycled plastic bag to pick up any garbage along the way) or runs around the neighborhood. Living in the “&” is a lifestyle I wouldn’t change or compromise and I’m sure our future great, great grandchildren will thank their ancestors for responsible lifestyle.
