The aroma and flavour of the salted caramel pieces are quite intense and indulgent, and really come through from the start. The rich caramel flavour dominates from the start, with the dark chocolate bringing depth and creaminess. The salt comes through towards the end and helps to balance the sweetness and richness, as this is quite an indulgent bar. The texture of the pieces also make this quite a crunchy bar, which is a nice contrast to such a smooth chocolate.
