Our White chocolate is only made with cocoa butter, none of the cocoa mass, so does not have any of the savoury tastes and flavours that come from the cocoa mass. Therefore the sweetness of this bar is accentuated as it does not have any of the bitterness int he other chocolate bars. A high amount of Madagascan vanilla is added to bring flavour to what would otherwise be a fairly neutral tasting product. Also, real vanilla pods are ground up and added to the chocolate, clearly visible as black specks - these help to bring subtle savoury notes to help prevent the chocolate from being too sweet and sickly. The chocolate is soft, but also fairly 'thick' and mouthcoating, similar to the milk chocolate.
